Lou and Bff performed at a care center
on wednesday....
they danced amazingly well...
but i was the PROUD MAMA afterwards...
when they stayed to talk to all the men and women who
live there. They must get so lonely...
The girls were like little angels chatting with
and hugging them all.
Kie has seen lou practice so much ...that she could dance along
to the performance step for step.
....
and spring was in the air...
so the forts were built outside today.
i love childhood forts!
taking the time to love my babies today.
letting them know how much they mean to me.

Love those kiddies..they are so cute and unique! Lou Lou doesn't need that makeup.. she is beautiful even without it!
ReplyDeleteAwww, what a happy post!!! Your little Lou is getting so pretty. But I was most touched by her inside beauty as I read about her visiting with the elderly. I now have a new appreciation for those who show kindness to the elderly. : )
ReplyDeleteI too, have very fond memories of childhood forts...both my own and my kiddos when they were small.
And I'm glad you got some of your sorrow out on Mother's Day. I imagine the loss of everything you hold dear, such as a home and the comforts that go with, is somewhat close to dealing with a death. As women, we totally get it.
