Table for 6????

 

I love lil boys with overgrown curly hair....

I thought for sure with my nappy lil head of hair....

that i would have a boy with curls...

But nope....

and both of my girls started out with curls...

Lou lost hers...

maybe when she ate the sheep poo pie.

Maybe that knocked the curl right outta her hair!

she really did.  We were fishing near a herd of sheep

and she picked that lil "pie" up and took a bite...

(she would be very mad if i did not explain that she was like..2 when this happened)

(but it's funnier if you imagine a 7 year old eating the sheep

poo~ pie)  lol

Kie,  my youngest is 3 and she still has the curlies!

hers is way curlier than Kenzie lou's was though.

Kade was born with an awesome Mohawk...

Little " MoHawker".....

get it???

that's our last name....Hawker...

prefix it with the "mo"...

that gives you.....Mohawker...

What is my point????

I am getting baby hungry.

i know.

i know...

i swore we were done.

after each child i swore it.

i had to do what i had to do just to survive

the baby phase.

so when i told myself i was DEFINATELY DONE...

 

it was to assure myself that this was the last time

i would have to endure screaming and crying in

the night and diapers...diaper bags ..and  bubbas...

and lugging carseats around...

UMMMM...

it's probably still gonna be a bit before i

convince myself to take the plunge again....

babies are getting cuter to me ....

but crying TRUMPS the cute thing.

I AM NOT READY FOR MORE CRYING.

(one of my kids hasnt let up with the crying thing yet.,.....ahem...HINT: it's not the youngest

or the oldest...ahem....)

We have it really good right now....

we just get up  and go... i take naps as i please...

Hubby and i  go on Guilt Free dates....

and did i mention NO Diapers!!!

but..... i did tell Kade he could have a lil

brother...one with curly hair...

FIRST THINGS FIRST THOUGH!

I need a new home....

yup...keep your belt buckled hubby...

buy me a house and then we will talk!

Delightful Travels with The Hawkers

We rocked Disneyland and now...

we are back!

Me, Lou, Kade,and Kie

left for Cali at 5 am on Friday morning...

We should have been there by 5 pm

BUUUUuuuTTTTT NOOOOoooo!

We broke down just outside of RENO.

There must be a nice part of Reno....

But we WERE NOT IN IT!

Had to stay at a hotel ...

got checked in to

Aloha Inn...

not yo mama's hotel.

Matt came down  to Reno from Vacaville, ca

to save us from a sure breakdown

of   MAJOR porportions.

We ended up staying overnight again....

but we said "ALOHA" TO Aloha Inn...

and stayed in a very nice hotel...

 Hubby and Kids had fun in the pool

I was sicker than a dog...

THE INFLUENZA.

What the Heck!

This can't be happening .

Oh but it is.

It's life. We roll with it.

But then for the good part ...

Disneyland

we decided to go inspite of the unexpected $1500

Reno stop over...

grrrrr....

Here we are Rockin Out DisneyLand...

CUz we EARNED IT!

We had a great time playing together.

Afterall...a family that

Pays together,  stays together....

or wait,  that is the family car repair motto....

i meant....

PLAYS together!

just by hearing about her all girls vacation....

so here goes:

This is me reliving my modeling days..

yep,  i use to model...

errrr... once i modeled...

for a dance magazine..

a dance magazine that my now ~ mother in law

used for buying costumes for her dance studio...

little did she know she was lookin at her future daughter in law.

...they would only do shots of my backside ...

cuz i was so flat....

now i have a paid in full chest.. :)

and my backside is saggy and denty...

ahhh..

i find strange things funny...

my sense of humor is definately intact...

it is undoubtedly what kept me semi-sane

for the past year and a half of my turbulent life...

i choose laugh.

i also make up fantasy lives for myself ,in my head, ...

this also may contribute to the lil bit o sanity i happen to have left.

This is a magical fairytale like waterfall...

i wanted to live there....

but it turns out the castle is just painted on...

like a stage decoration...

bummer

the flowers were real.

strangely    though,

that means nothing to me...

i don't like the smell of flowers.

i just dont get that whole...

"stop and smell the flowers"  bit.

they just dont do it for me.

lame.  i know.

the pallaza.

FUNNY STORY.

My mom and sister wanted to pay to ride it

and were excited to have some guy sing italian songs

to us  while floating through this river and under tunnels...

I, on the other hand,

was hating the idea of a strange man singing love songs to me.

I was hoping to get the pregnant lady that also works there.

I voiced my opinion to my mom and sister...

they didnt get it.

"it will be fun"...they tell me...

Uh huh.  right.

this is my lovely mother and sister who got on the boat first.

they chose the seat facing away from the singing man.

This is the singing man...

Italian love song singing man.

This is me. last one on the boat.  left to sit towards the love song singing man.

i am trying to look very interested in the architecture of the building around me...

just desperate to avoid

the awkward eye contact from the

singing man....

my mom had to get my camera from me and snap that shot...

just so after the gondola ride was over, she

could pull it out ...laughing at me and asking ..

"How long have you had such an interest in mall architecture?"

ugh!!!

And  this is my adorable offspring that i got to

return home to after a long girls weekend.

I love being a mom.

the majority of the time.

gIRLS wEEKeND

I had a divine weekend away from

responsibilities...

For my sister Becca's Birthday, we took off to

LAS VEGAS

My mom and sister and i went...

We had so many good laughs!

We were very good girls ...

(i know that crossed your mind)

after all it is Las Vegas...

which translates to the devil's playground...

(not really...i made that up :)

We even spread some good Ol' Utah

charity around  Vegas...

we helped out homeless...

supported local artisans...

(NO silly!  not of the dancing arts)..

(i thought we covered that!!!)

lol

We even paid for the order of the car behind us in the

drive thru of a restaurant!

Just to spread joy and hopefully inspire!

As u can see from my pics...

we hit up the JUICY store...

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...

I was on cloud  9!

We will be nesting down in a home of

our own again soon...very soon...

(which is cause for a celebration of it's own!!!)

and i am very excited to decorate again...

and ..

well..

believe it or not...

The Juicy Couture store is going to be my inspiration!!!

I'm sooo in LOVE with this look!

My hubby even approves thanks to the fact that

dead animal heads fit into the theme!!!   lol

Juicy Couture has my heart in it's hands....

Sweet Tooth Fairy

At The Hawker Home;

There are just some occasions that

call for cupcakes.

and well....

2 years old and potty trained is

a REALLY, REALLY  good reason

to head to the Sweet Tooth Fairy Cupcake shop!

This lil baby is diaper free!

Seriously! 

no...more....diapers...

on anyone in our home!

The 2nd best thing about no diapers...

would have to be how cute their

tiny bum bums are in their pants with no

extra padding...

We can barely keep her drawers up now!

You never seen 3 kids so excited about

the deal was...if she poo'd

in the potty...

we would all get sugar  highs!

This wall was adorable it said...

SO EAT SOMETHING CUTE!

and well...

who are we to rebel...

so we obeyed the almighty words upon the wall!

There was something delightful

everywhere you looked!

I show up to these  ingenius places

and get all ....

i don't wanna get all

but i come up with these amazing ideas...

and then a few months down the road...
